The present invention relates to nucleic acid aptamers comprising nucleotide sequences selected from a group consisting of the first sequence to a seventh sequence of the sequence listing, and to the use thereof. The nucleic acid aptamers of the present invention have the characteristic of specifically binding to cancer cells, in particular to pancreatic cancer stem cells. Accordingly, the nucleic acid aptamers of the present invention can be used not only in diagnosing or targeting cancer, but also in the diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer. The DNA aptamers of the present invention may be a substitute for an antibody that binds to pancreatic cancer and that is used in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, and may diagnose pancreatic cancer in a quicker and more economically advantageous manner. |
