In an input unit (9) of a hybrid drive device, a coupling member (85) which is coupled to and drives an oil pump (80) is disposed between an engine coupling shaft (13) and a rotor hub (51), a first one-way clutch (F1) is disposed between the engine coupling shaft (13) and the coupling member (85), and a second one-way clutch (F2) which is interposed between a sleeve part (51d) of the rotor hub (51) and the coupling member (85) is disposed at a position overlapping with the first one-way clutch (F1) when viewed in a radial direction. An angular ball bearing (90) which rotatably supports the rotor hub (51) with respect to a partition wall (27) is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the sleeve part (51d) of the rotor hub (51) and at a position overlapping with the second one-way clutch (F2) when viewed in the radial direction.
