An object is to provide a novel stilbene compound suitable for an organic EL light-emitting material. Provided is a novel stilbene compound represented by a general formula (G1) below. In the formula, Q1 and Q2 separately represent an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; R1 to R9 and R11 to R17 separately represent any one of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group; alpha1 to alpha6 separately represent a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene group; Ar1 and Ar2 separately represent any one of a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms forming a ring, a substituted or unsubstituted dibenzothiophen-2-yl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted dibenzofuran-2-yl group; and j, k, m, n, p, and q separately represent 0 or 1. |
