PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of joint gap processing work and to improve the support strength of an expansion device in the construction of mounting the expansion device to a joint gap. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 22A(22B) is attached to an anchor 26A(26B) provided on a floor slab 25A(25B) of a blockout part 24A(24B) formed at a bridge girder end part. The distal end of the anchor bolt 22A(22B) is slightly overhung to the joint gap 20, and a sheathing board 11A(11B) is attached to the distal end. The sheathing board 11A(11B) includes sheathing board body 110A(110B) comprising a hard material and a flexible part 111A(111B) comprising a soft material. The flexible part 111A(111B) is obliquely extended from the lower side part of the sheathing board body 110A(110B). The flexible part 111A(111B) is pressed to the end sidewall of a bridge girder 21A(21B) forming the joint gap 20 to bring the flexible part 111A(111B) into close contact with the end sidewall with unevenness, and leakage when placing concrete is prevented.
