In a device for producing and filling containers, one tube of plastic can be extruded in an open form (17). A mandrel cover (27) has at least one functional space (31, 35) and establishes a media-guiding connection between its functional space (31, 35) and the associated functional channel (21, 39) of the filling device (9) for cleaning and/or sterilizing and/or drying, in its functional position, and is removed from its functional position during the production and filling of the container. |
