PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression member capable of suppressing vibration of a heat transfer pipe by suitably contacting with the heat transfer pipe, and an arrangement method of the vibration suppression member.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression member 14 comprises: a cylindrical tube 31; and an inflow port 32 provided in the cylindrical tube 31 and expanding the cylindrical tube 31 by flowing fluid in the inside of the cylindrical tube 31. An arrangement method of the vibration suppression member 14 arranges the vibration suppression member 14 in the gap between adjacent transfer tubes 5, and comprises: an arrangement step of arranging the cylindrical tube 31 of the vibration suppression member 14 in the gap before fluid inflows; an expansion step of expanding the cylindrical tube 31 by flowing fluid in the inside of the cylindrical tube 31 via the inflow port 32; and an encapsulation step of encapsulating the inflow port 32 in a state of expanding the cylindrical tube 31. |
