From among the rotor blades, a cover part of a stopping blade implanted to a planting part of the turbine rotor or the cover part of at least one of the rotor blades engaged with the cover part of the stopping blade is formed at the blade top part of the rotor blade so as to be able to be fitted when the rotor blade is installed in the turbine rotor. |
