PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of vulnerability on security when a key is leaked. SOLUTION: CU communication control part authentication, which is mutual authentication between a main control part and a CU communication control part, is performed. On condition that the result of the authentication processing is proper, a session key, to be used for cryptocommunication between the main control part and the CU communication control part, is generated, and the cryptocommunication is performed using the session key.
