PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card-shaped information holder of a folding type, which suppresses manufacturing costs without using a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a multilayer film and is enhanced in confidentiality, and to provide an unsealing method, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. SOLUTION: A main information printing part (2) and information covering parts (3 and 4) are overlapped to make a card-shaped body (6). Films (7 and 8) are stuck to spread over respective outer peripheries of the main information printing part (2) and information covering parts (3 and 4) from one surface side of the card-shaped body (6). A cut with a portion easy to break which becomes a starting point when the information covering parts (3 and 4) are removed and which breaks when the information covering parts (3 and 4) are removed is formed to each of parts along part of outer edges of the information covering parts (3 and 4) of the films (7 and 8).
