PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ferment bread dough at an optimum temperature without causing dryness in fermentation, and evenly bake bread when baking.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a bread container 50 laid in a heating chamber 28, for putting a material of bread dough 57 into, and performing kneading, fermenting and baking; an ingredient container 94 laid above the bread container 50 and having an openable ingredient charge cover 96a; ingredient charge drive part means 98 for opening the ingredient charge cover 96a; a hot air unit provided on the deep outside of a heating chamber deep wall surface in a depth surface of the heating chamber 28, and heating the bread dough 57 by hot air heated by a hot air heater; and control means for controlling the ingredient charge drive part means 98, and energization of electric power to the hot air heater. The control means opens the ingredient charge cover 96a by operating the ingredient charge drive part means 98 before baking the bread dough 57 by the hot air heater. |
