PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handover method for a terminal between access nodes.SOLUTION: When a terminal is required for handover from a first access node to a second access node, the second access node receives a handover request transmitted from the first access node, and thereafter allocates a new position identifier to the terminal and transmits a handover response to the first access node. The first access node, after receiving the handover response, transmits a handover command to the terminal. The terminal, after receiving the handover command, transmits an access request to the second access node. The second access node, after receiving the access request from the terminal, establishes a connection to the terminal, and thereafter acquires the mapping information of the identity identifier and the position identifier of the communication opposite end of the terminal. On completion of the acquisition, the second access node transmits a handover completion message to the first access node. |
