PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for remote identification of wireless LAN master units that can determine which wireless LAN master units are installed and configured with wireless settings.SOLUTION: A server (13) connected to a network (12) pre-registers specific information of a master unit (10). A terminal (11) recognizes the master unit (10) using recognition and determination information of the master unit, and reports specific information of the master unit to the server (13). The server (13) determines whether or not the registered specific information matches the specific information reported by the terminal (11). |
