PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus and driving method of the solid-state imaging apparatus which are capable of reducing flickers even in the case of a moving image of a high frame rate.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus comprises: a pixel unit (1) for performing imaging of plural frames by photoelectric conversion; an exposure calculation unit (9) for calculating the exposure of the plural frames imaged within the flicker period of a light source; and a control unit (12) for controlling the exposure of each frame imaged by the pixel unit, on the basis of the calculated exposure of the plural frames.
