PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control device in which versatility of an ECU for one-type engine is improved.SOLUTION: The engine control device includes an engine, a fuel injection device for injecting a fuel to the engine, detection means for detecting a driving state of the engine, and an ECU 11 for controlling actuation of the fuel injection device on the basis of detection information of the detection means and output characteristic data M1 inherent in the engine. The ECU 11 is shipped while the output characteristic data M1 has been written therein, and when loading the engine on a work vehicle, correction characteristic data M2, M3 for correcting the actuation of the fuel injection device can be written by an external tool 24 connected to the ECU 11. |
