PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-conductive fine particle small in amount of connected particles of two or more particles and allowing highly reliable electro-conductive connection.SOLUTION: The electro-conductive fine particle has a base fine particle, a base metal layer formed on the surface of the base fine particle, and a conductive layer formed on the surface of the base metal layer. When the particle diameter distribution is measured using a sheath flow electric resistance type particle size distribution meter, the ratio of electro-conductive fine particles having diameters not less than 1.26 times the average diameter is not greater than 0.87%. |
