PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat that facilitates smooth attachmemt and detachment while reliably maintaining a displacement prevention feature.SOLUTION: A floor mat 11 includes a mounting material 12 and a fibrous backing 16, on the back side of which a weft inserted warp knit fabric 17 is mounted. Cut ends 17a of cut loop warps of monofilament yarns forming the weft inserted warp knit fabric 17 project on the surface of the knit fabric as locking projections for being locked on a first carpet. A porous cover 18 is also disposed on the back side of the weft inserted warp knit fabric 17 for holding the cut ends 17a of cut loop warps. When the floor mat is trodden and a resulting tread force is applied to the floor mat, the cut ends 17a of cut loop warps project from the porous cover 18. |
