PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for an inner liner excellent in roll workability and tire formability in the unvulcanized state and excellent in air impermeability after vulcanization, an inner liner formed using the same and a tire manufactured using the inner liner. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for an inner liner for forming an inner liner of a tire contains a rubber component, a resin component comprising at least one of a phenolic resin and a petroleum resin, and a paraffinic wax, wherein the resin component is contained in an amount of 1-3 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and the paraffinic wax is contained in an amount of 1-3 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
