The present invention relates to a time delaying structure which has a sample inserted and moves the sample by a capillary force to delay the sample moving time, and comprises: a trigger part where the sample is injected and which has at least one trigger channel formed by being wound; and a stopping part where the sample is inserted and which has at least one stopping channel stopping at the end part. An end part where the sample injected into the stopping channel is discharged has three or more open surfaces.
