The present invention relates to an anti-obesity composition for preventing obesity with a pleasure of eating by maintaining taste and flavor of food and without suffering from side effects and fasting. For such purpose, the composition of the present invention comprises 10-20 wt% of a dried orange peel, 10-30 wt% of crataegi fructus, 20-40 wt% of corn silk, 20-40 wt% of onion skin, and 10-20 wt% of malt, wherein the percentage of each ingredient is selected to have a total of 100 wt%. |
