A plasma reactor and decreasing device of exhaust gas having the same is provided to prevent over-heating on the specific zone by circulating air outside a double pipe. A plasma reactor(100) comprises a double pipe type main body(110) on which a hollow(112) is formed on the outer pipe and a mixing chamber(111) in which diesel fuel and air is mixed; an electrode(120) formed inside the mixing chamber; a gas supply part supplying air inside the hollow; a number of gas inlet holes(114) formed on the lower part of the mixing part; and an air auxiliary injector(200) injecting diesel fuel and air into the main body. |
