The present invention relates to a supercapacitor comprising a bio-nanocellulose paper electrode coated with a carbon nanotube and solid-state electrolytes and a fabrication method of the same. The supercapacitor according to the present invention is excellent in capacitance per mass, energy density and output density, and the capacitance decreases a little by about 0.5% even if charging and discharging are repeated over 5000 times. Additionally, the properties of the supercapacitor can be maintained by a good coupling of interfaces even if bending and spreading the supercapacitor are repeated, whereby the supercapacitor can be used as a flexible energy storing device in various fields. |
