The present invention relates to a spiral condenser for a heating and cooling apparatus, wherein the spiral condenser is to improve the performance of the heating and cooling apparatus by increasing heat exchange efficiency through the arrangement of refrigerant pipes and heat radiation fins in a narrow space. The spiral condenser for the heating and cooling apparatus according to the present invention for an effect above comprises: the refrigerant pipes of which the portions extended from one sides of the refrigerant pipes to the other sides of the refrigerant pipes are formed into spirals which become larger or smaller gradually on planes; and the heat radiation fins of which the transverse width portions are inserted into the refrigerant pipes through between the outermost refrigerant pipe and the refrigerant pipe adjacent thereto and are arranged in an interval direction between the outermost refrigerant pipe and the refrigerant pipe adjacent thereto, and the longitudinal portions are shaped into plates vertically erected and have blade parts surrounding and in surface contact with the parts of the side walls of the refrigerant pies, wherein the side walls correspond to both sides of the transverse width portions. According to the present invention, the refrigerant pipes are generally arranged in the spirals on the planes and the heat radiation fins supporting an interval between the refrigerant pipes arranged in the spirals are arranged up and down in directions for guiding the flow of air to the interval so that the contact frequency of a refrigerant applied with a centrifugal force by the spirals can be improved; and the heat radiation fins are densely installed within a range not counter to the flow of the air so that a heat transfer area can be increased, and, as a result, the heat exchange efficiency can be improved.
