<p>The rest (12) has a deformable body (22) whose one end (24) is moved in rotation along a transversal axle (A1) with respect to a backrest (14). Another end (26) of the deformable body is moved in rotation according to another transversal axle (A2) with respect to a base (16). The body includes three mobile sections (28, 30, 32) connected in end to end manner. A first mobile section is in rotation along the former transversal axle with respect to the backrest.
