The device has a tubular body (1) that is closed at one end, and a roller (2) is introduced into the tubular body. A support (3) is arranged in the device, where a handle (4) of the roller is clamped into the support. The handle of the roller is clamped such that the roller is allowed to have an ideal position in the tubular body. A hook (5) is arranged for immobilizing an axle (12) of the roller such that the whole device is able to be held in one hand. A main line (7) is provided with angulation that allows centrifugation and cleaning of the roller.
