Composition (A) is an aqueous gel with a viscosity of less than 11 Pa·s and contains at least one capsule including: a liquid core with at least one active ingredient and a gelled envelope totally encapsulating the liquid core. The gelled envelope includes at least one polyelectrolyte in the gelled state. Composition (B) includes a depolymerizing agent.
