COMBINATIONS FOR OBTAINING COMPOSITIONS FOR ORAL CAVITY, AND PRODUCTION AND USE OF THE COMPOSITIONS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions without needing alcohol, for local use, preferably for application to oral cavity.SOLUTION: A composition has a pH of 3 to 8.5 and comprises (a) 0.1 to 10 wt.% (based on the total weight of the composition) of an undiluted solution comprising a mixture of bioflavonoid with fruit acid or a salt thereof, (b) 0.05 to 10 wt.% of sodium hyaluronate and (c) water, and optionally (d) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier therefor, where the sodium hyaluronate has an average molecular weight of 800,000 to 4,000,000. The bioflavonoid mixture is a composition derived from the pericarp endodermis of an immature bitter orange and is the water soluble composition. The fruit acid salt is one selected from malate, citrate and ascorbate.
