PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating auxiliary member capable of simultaneously browning both surfaces of a material to be heated.SOLUTION: A heating auxiliary member 1 cooks fish and/or the like using a microwave oven, and is provided with: a first heat generator 4 and a second heat generator 5 generating heat by being irradiated with electromagnetic waves; a first support part 2 supporting the first heat generator 4; and a second support part 3 supporting the second heat generator 5. The first supporting part 2 and the second supporting part 3 are connected with each other in a bendable manner so that the second heat generator 5 comes in contact with fish and/or the like placed on the first heat generator 4. |
