PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable moving image in accordance with a situation of a subject to be captured.SOLUTION: A light-emitting tag 10 is attached to a user's wrist or the like. In the light-emitting tag 10, a CPU 13 emits visible light including a color pattern equivalent to first command information from a light-emitting section 14. In an imaging apparatus 20, a CPU 27 receives the visible light emitted from the light-emitting section 14 of the light-emitting tag 10 in an imaging section 22, acquires information included in the visible light, and, when the acquired information is the color pattern equivalent to the first command information, gives an instruction to the imaging section 22 which is a moving image photographing function to perform moving image photographing. |
