METAMATERIAL BAND REJECTION FILTER HAVING A UNEVEN TRANSMISSION LINE

A band rejection filter using a meta material is disclosed. The band rejection filter using the meta material is formed by a pattern which is formed on one side of a substrate. The pattern comprises; a pattern of an upper ground unit formed on an upper side of the one side of the substrate; a pattern of a transmission line formed on the lower side of the upper ground unit; a pattern of a lower ground unit formed on the lower side of the transmission line; a pattern of an upper insulating unit which is formed between the upper ground unit and the transmission line and separates the upper ground unit and the transmission line; and a pattern of a lower insulating unit which is formed between the lower ground unit and the transmission line and separates the lower ground unit and the transmission line. The pattern of the lower insulating unit forms a resonator with the pattern of the lower ground unit and the pattern of the transmission line which is determined from the pattern of the lower insulating unit and is formed to function as the band rejection filter.
