The present invention relates to an emulsified fragrance composition for increasing remaining fragrance used for a body cleanser, a cleanser composition with highly remaining fragrance containing the same, and a producing method of the cleanser composition with highly remaining fragrance. Fragrance substance of the emulsified fragrance composition is stabilized in advance by an emulsification process in which a nonionic surfactant and a nonionic polymer, preferably a cationic surfactant and a cationic polymer are added. The emulsified fragrance composition enables the fragrance substance to adhere onto a human body so that the fragrance substance is effectively emitted. Therefore, the fragrance substance can remain long on the human body.
