The present invention relates to a light emitting device, specifically, to a light emitting glass and a light emitting device using the same. The present invention may be configured to include: a package body provided with a mounting portion; a light emitting device mounted to the mounting portion of the package body and emitting light of a first wavelength band; and a color conversion unit to be located on the light emitting device to convert at least part of wavelength of the light emitted from the light emitting device, and comprising a light emitting glass excited by light emitted from the light emitting device to emit light of a second wavelength band and a phosphor mounted on the light emitting glass and excited by the light emitted from the light emitting device to emit light in a third wavelength band.
