#CMT# #/CMT# The armature has reinforcing elements formed of long fibers pre-impregnated with polymerizable photo-resin (13), where the fibers are either woven or provided in bundles. The reinforcing elements are in form of fibrous frameworks. The reinforcing elements include a main brace (9) and base reinforcing elements (10, 11) that are wound around a series of implant rods (7) screw-fastened onto dental implants (8), where the ends of the main brace are inclined in a direction of the base reinforcing elements. Secondary braces are wound around the main brace and the base reinforcing elements. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a dental bridge armature. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Dental bridge armature for screw-fastening on dental implants. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The armature does not rigidify a dental prosthesis while maintaining its visco-elastic nature at resin, thus preventing occurrence of discomfort in a patient. The armature is formed by three-dimensional frameworks, which are filled with resin, thus ensuring cohesion of armature and securing prosthetic teeth. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic view of a braced armature of an implant-supported dental bridge. 7 : Implant rods 8 : Dental implants 9 : Main brace 10, 11 : Base reinforcing elements 13 : Photo-resin.
|
