<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal and a rescue system capable of effectively performing safety confirmation and rescue for affected people at the time of a large scale disaster.SOLUTION: A terminal 100 comprises a display unit 120 for displaying an image, an operation unit 122 for accepting a manual input, a microphone unit 124 for accepting a voice input, and a storage unit 114. The storage unit 114 stores an emergency UI 126, and the emergency UI 126 includes a manual input mode for inputting safety information from the operation unit 122 as input means of the safety information and a voice input mode for acquiring a response from the microphone unit 124. Also, the terminal 100 comprises an UI activation unit 128 for activating the emergency UI 126 in response to receiving emergency information, an information transmission unit 134 for uploading the safety information which is input to the emergency UI 126 to a network 108, and an input switching unit 136 for switching from the manual input mode to the voice input mode after a predetermined time has passed from the activation of the emergency UI 126.</p> |
