PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treatment capable of imparting more conditioning effect (healthy hair-like smoothness and resilience, coating feeling, flexibility, oil content and the like) to the hair (particularly, damaged hair) than that in the case of compounding a silicone, even without compounding a silicone.SOLUTION: A hair treatment agent contains 2.0 to 13.0 wt.% of a C12 to 22 aliphatic alcohol; 0.005 to 5.0 wt.% of an oil and fat composition containing at least an interesterified oil and fat and a vegetable oil and fat having a rising melting point of 10°C or less; 0.5 to 6 wt.% of a fatty acid amide amine; an acid in an amount leading to a pH of 2.5 to 5.5; and 0.1 to 7.0 wt.% of an ester oil. |
