The device (19) has a protection plate (20) attached to a heat exchanger (13), a tube of a motorbike-ventilator group, and a technical cartridge. Fixing studs (21) are provided between a pin of the heat exchanger and a chassis of a car. The plate is arranged in a frame (22) including an upper longitudinal upright (23b') with a reinforcement (24), and a lower longitudinal upright (23b) with openings (25). The frame includes side uprights (23a) equipped with mounting feet (26). A mechanical absorber (27) is provided between the feet and the heat exchanger. Notches are made of a plastic material.
