An apparatus for heat treatment of products comprises a chimney, a spark catcher, a body comprising a working chamber for cooking products with doors and a thermometer mounted thereon, at least one means for cooking, at least two guides for installation of the means for cooking products, a pan for collecting drips and fat, a lower damper regulating combustion intensity, located under the pan in a hole, at least one means for coal combustion, a container for ash. Additionally the apparatus is equipped with a damper located in the chimney for additional regulation of combustion intensity and additional emission of smoke excess, and comprises at least one unregulated grate located in the lower part of coal combustion means. |
