A rotary vane vacuum pump includes a cylindrical body with working cavity, inlet and outlet fittings, a rotor placed on the shaft eccentrically with respect to the cylindrical body, slots provided in the last one, those are displaced with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor and are placed at right angles one with respect to another. The plates are placed in the slots of the rotor with capability of displacement under effect of centrifugal forces. To decrease non-uniformity of evacuation of air in the body an additional cavity is provided, this is connected to the inlet and outlet fittings, placed coaxially with the first one and provided with an additional rotor installed coaxially with respect to the rotor of the first cavity on a common shaft with fixation one with respect to another. The additional rotor is provided with slots with plates as well, those are installed with possibility of displacement under effect of centrifugal forces, displaced with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor, and placed at right angle one with respect to another. At that the slots with the plates of the additional rotor are displaced by angle α = 40…50° with respect to the slots with plates of the first rotor in the plane normal to the axis of rotation of the rotors. |
