PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of that it is difficult to provide the maximum number of actually superposable images from an imaging apparatus to the outside, for an external apparatus in which a superposed image will be set, and thereby a normal superposed image cannot be set from the external apparatus.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus has receiving means for receiving an acquisition request of information about the setting of a superposed image, and transmission means for transmitting information about the maximum superposable setting number for each predetermined processing, along with the maximum superposable setting number of the imaging apparatus, when the receiving means receives the acquisition request. |
