PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device and the like capable of adjusting a position of a diffraction grating with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A diffraction grating 30 is stored in a storage region 13 in which a housing 12 is partially recessed. In the storage region 13, the diffraction grating 30 is supported at three points of a first contact portion 23, a second contact portion 25, and a third contact portion 27 which are a part of a resin portion of the housing 12. Thereby, the position of the diffraction grating 30 is fixed in a Dt direction in a state of being rotation-adjustable in the storage region 13.
