<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device capable of preventing the invasion of a foreign matter into a key ring groove of a key ring, in a structure for locking rotations of a steering shaft by using the key ring.SOLUTION: A steering device 1 includes: a steering shaft 2 to which a steering member 4 is installed, a key ring 8 externally fitted with the steering shaft 2 so as to integrally rotate, and a steering tube 3 in which the steering shaft 2 is inserted. On the steering tube 3, an installation hole 13 for installing a combination switch is formed at a position on the steering member 4 side rather than the key ring 8 so as to penetrate the steering tube 3. Between the installation hole 13 in the steering tube 3 and the key ring 8, an annular member 14 is interposed. The annular member 14 is externally fitted with the steering shaft 2. The annular member 14 blocks a clearance between an inner peripheral surface 31C of the steering tube 3 and an outer peripheral surface 21C of the steering shaft 2.</p> |
