<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk such that an inner shaft drops to a large extent, and a hanging tool provided at the lower end thereof hits a user on the head, even when the user releases a hand during the height adjustment of the inner shaft.SOLUTION: In a support device for a laundry pole or the like of the present invention, the upper end of a support rod 2 is attached to a support tool 1, and a hanging tool 5 is attached to the lower end of the support rod 2. The support rod 2 includes an outer cylinder 3 in the upper part thereof and an inner shaft 4 in the lower part thereof. On the inner periphery of the outer cylinder 3, a ridge 8 projected inward is provided, and there are provided a plurality of locking holes 11...11 each having a vertical rectangular shape at intervals. On the inner shaft 4, there is provided a restriction groove 7 in which the ridge 8 is slid, and by which the rotation of the ridge 8 is restricted, and a retaining tool 6 is fixed to the upper part of the inner shaft 4. An engagement tool 12 is attached to the retaining tool 6 so as to be rotatable around a shaft 13 and be energized outward by a spring 14, and a return tool 15 is also attached thereto. The return tool 15 allows a contact projection 25 provided on the outer periphery thereof to come into contact with the ridge 8 and rotationally energizes the inner shaft 4 by the force of a return spring 26 in a rotation position direction for engaging the engagement tool 12 with the locking holes 11.</p> |
