<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow input of handwritten signature by a customer and confirmation of the customer in face-to-face manner by a stuff with sure.SOLUTION: There are provided an input screen control part 71b which makes an input screen with which a customer inputs lodging information displayed on a customer display device, a signature box control part 71c which makes a customer signature box displayed on a customer monitor 10, a management screen control part 71d which makes a stuff monitor 20 display a management screen in which a stuff input that the customer has been confirmed, a confirmation input permission part 72d which allows inputting of the fact that the customer has been confirmed through the management screen when lodging information is inputted through the input screen and signature is inputted in the signature box, and a settlement screen control part 71e which makes the customer monitor 10 display a settlement screen for urging settlement by the customer when confirmation of the customer is inputted.</p> |
