<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a workpiece in a target shape, without causing a surface defect, by simplifying preparation before processing, in a manufacturing method of a component.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the component is provided for manufacturing the component by processing a workpiece 9 by relatively moving a tool 2 having the processing area smaller than the workpiece 9 and the workpiece 9, and the tool 2 comprises a support part 201, a catalyst part 18 including transition metal formed on a surface opposed to the workpiece 9 and an elastic body 1 arranged between the support part 201 and the catalyst part 18, and a working liquid 22 including a water molecule is supplied between the catalyst part 18 and the workpiece 9, and the elastic body 1 is contracted, and thereby, the catalyst part 18 and the workpiece 9 are contacted by interposing the working liquid 22, and processing is executed until a contraction amount of the contracted elastic body 1 becomes a predetermined value or less.</p> |
