摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introduction mechanism and a positioning introduction mechanism using the same, for transmitting rotary motion to a driven part inside of an airtight vessel, without adding torsional operation to bellows.SOLUTION: A torsion introduction seal mechanism is realized without adding torsion to the bellows itself by arranging so that a locus of displacing respective points of the bellows becomes a right angle or its vicinity to a rotary driving shaft of the driven part. The bellows are arranged in a radial shape in the case of opposing by two or three or more, so that thrust of the bellows can be negated. An actuator may be one degree of freedom, and in its case, one degree of freedom of rotation can be introduced and driven. The introduction can also be realized for transmitting torsion of three degrees of freedom and driving in a horizontal plane by properly arranging the actuator equivalent to the three degrees of freedom.</p>
