Disclosed are a water purifying filter device for enhancing hardness removal performance, and a humidifier including the same. The water purifying filter device includes: a case in which an ion exchange resin is filled; an inlet located on an outer side of the case; an outlet located on a lower side of the case; and an air discharging part located on the center of the case. The air discharging part is arranged under the inlet part.
