1. A light-emitting element, comprising:
a carbon layer including graphene; a plurality of microstructures grown upward from the carbon layer; a light-emitting structure layer formed on surfaces of the microstructures; a first electrode layer formed on the light-emitting structure layer; and an insulating layer disposed between the first electrode layer and the carbon layer, wherein the light-emitting structure layer is disposed on the insulating layer not to be in contact with the carbon layer.
