1. A dithiinopyridazinone derivative of formula (I)in which
R1 and R2 together are the group —C(═O)—N(R4)—N═CH—, whereby the compound of formula (I) comprises a second pyridazinone ring, R3 and R4 are identical or different and are hydrogen, or are C1-C8-alkyl optionally substituted one or more times by halogen, —OR5 or —COR6, or are C1-C8-alkoxy, C1-C8-alkylthio, C1-C8-haloalkoxy, C1-C8-haloalkylthio, C1-C4-alkylamino, di-(C1-C4-alkyl)amino or phenylsulfonylamino, or are C3-C7-cycloalkyl optionally substituted one or more times by halogen, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-haloalkyl, or are aryl, aryl-(C1-C4-alkyl), hetaryl or hetaryl-(C1-C4-alkyl), each optionally substituted one or more times by halogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-haloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy or —COR6, R5 is hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-alkylcarbonyl or is aryl optionally substituted one or more times by halogen, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-haloalkyl, and R6 is hydroxyl, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-alkoxy, provided that R3 and R4 are not simultaneously hydrogen, methyl, —CH2CH2CO2H, unsubstituted phenyl or unsubstituted benzyl. |
