The product is manufactured by way of mixing dry components comprising as follows: a slaughter animals' blood serum albumin concentrate, dry defatted milk and/or demineralised dry cheese whey or an ultrafiltration concentrate of whey milk protein, a concentrate of low-molecular cationic whey milk proteins together with chicken lysozyme or the chicken lysozyme, a iodine source in the protein additive composition. One performs the mixture subsequent milling using a planetary ball mill at a rate of 600 rpm during 11±1 minutes at a temperature of the mixture milled equal to 30 - 40°C till the obtainment of nano-sized module particles within the range of 20 nm - 80 nm. One performs the vitamin-and-mineral premix introduction and stirring using a batch drum mixing machine.EFFECT: invention ensures the manufacture of a product with functional properties such as an increased biological value, antioxidant properties, immunomodulating and immunostimulating properties with good solubility, thermostability and enhanced accessibility.3 dwg, 3 ex
