A heat exchanger for an aircraft engine is provided with a main body constructed of a first member and a second member, each in the form of a plate, superposed and joined in a thickness-wise direction, and defining therein a fluid channel for allowing a fluid to be cooled to flow therethrough, and a corrugated fin plate disposed in the fluid channel. The main body is curved so as to extend along a curved surface on which the heat exchanger is to be mounted, and a plurality of heat radiating fins are erected on the outer surface of the first member and/or the second member. |
