The present disclosure relates to an asphalt modifier and to an asphalt composition comprising same, and more specifically relates to an asphalt modifier comprising a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer and a low-molecular-weight conjugated diene (LCDR), and to an asphalt composition or the like comprising same. According to the present disclosure, there is the advantage of providing an asphalt modifier allowing a substantial improvement in the modification working properties and the low-temperature physical properties of modified asphalt, and an asphalt composition or the like comprising same.
